Abstract
Background: Dupilumab, an IL-4/IL-13 inhibitor, is a mainstay therapy for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). Case reports and a recent systematic review have suggested dupilumab may precipitate new-onset vitiligo, though large-scale data remains limited. This study assessed the risk of incident vitiligo among dupilumab-treated AD patients using a national United States database.
