Abstract
The modular and rapid synthesis is based on the reaction of various acyclic and 6-7-membered isocyano enones with diverse carbon or heteroatom nucleophiles such as dicarbonyl compounds, malonitrile, nitromethane, benzylamine and 4-methylbenzenethiol.
