Abstract
Background: Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) are inherited connective tissue disorders with diverse skin manifestations. Recent data suggest increased acne and folliculo-occlusive dermatoses in hypermobile EDS, but broader associations across all subtypes remain unclear. This study quantifies the incidence and prevalence of acne and related follicular disorders in EDS.
