Abstract
Sleep dysregulation has consistently been linked to ADHD, yet it remains unclear whether these alterations reflect a general feature of ADHD or characterize a specific subgroup. In this study, we used ABCD Study data to examine patterns of wake/sleep and heart rate variability (HRV) and identified physiologically distinct ADHD subgroups.
