The authors regret that we did not include the following conflict of interest statement in the original article:
The Regents of the University of California is the sole owner of a patent application directed epigenetic clocks for which Steve Horvath is a named inventor. Steve Horvath is a founder and paid consultant of the non-profit Epigenetic Clock Development Foundation that licenses these patents. Steve Horvath is also a principal investigator at Altos Labs, Inc.
