Abstract
This chapter contains two case reports on criminal sentencing. Bothreports in this chapter are capital sentencing evaluations.The principle applied to the firstcase involves the importance of utilizing multiplesources of information in FMHA, particularly giventhe accidental or purposeful inaccuracy or bias ofsingle pieces of information in cases as complex ascapital sentencing. The principle regarding the importanceof history is applied to the second case, reflectingthe particular relevance of historical informationon defendants undergoing capital sentencing evaluations.
