Abstract
This chapter reviews Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as it has been applied to justice-involved individuals. It begins by describing a specific project, a reentry clinic operated at Drexel University. The second section provides a broader review of the application of CBT services with justice-involved individuals, which provides the foundation on which the Drexel project is built. Questions of how this project began, how it has developed, and whether it might serve as a generalizable model for others are addressed in the subsequent sections. Issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion are then discussed. Finally, the chapter offers concrete suggestions for others interested in providing similar services, and provides brief concluding comments.
