Abstract
Plagiarizing one’s spiritual work violates individual and collective moral rights. Moral rights in the case of plagiarized Jewish work, we claim, maintain fairness for both authors and the public. This Chapter calls for a global endeavor to ensure that similar to physical property that was looted during the years before the war, stolen intellectual property will also be restituted to its rightful owners and their heirs.
