Abstract
Chapter 5 will cover the various aspects of data collection in FMHA risk assessment. The conventional sources of information used in FMHA include interview with the individual being evaluated, psychological testing, specialized testing, interviews with collateral observers, and review of records. This chapter will discuss each of these, focusing on their respective applications to risk assessment.
