Finding and Holding a Web Audience • Robert Kolb

2001
Abstract
However, we need a structure of support for development. There are ways
to minimize the time necessary to keep up the basic site, but people don’t
know how. Linda has her “cybersolidarity” site, which she operates on her
own time and at her own expense. The AFSCME International has a
“Webmasters Corner.” But there is no full-time and fully supported site for
all union Web developers or potential developers to get together. We can and
must find a better structure so we can work smarter, not harder.
