Abstract
Chapter 2 describes strategies for addressing general and/or unelaborated FMHA legal standards in the course of risk assessment evaluations. The chapter concludes with 10 principles of FMHA risk assessment, with associated implications for the forensic clinician who conducts such evaluations.
