Abstract
There are vast differences in compensation available in different jurisdictions for the same level of hearing impairment. Different jurisdictions use different formulae for determining hearing impairment, and some use evidence alone with no specific formula. This unique chapter reviews not only the principles but also the specific formula and compensation benefits of all 50 states.
