Abstract

Chapter 14 discusses workplace harassment and discrimination. Evaluations of harassment and discrimination typically arise when a civil plaintiff makes a claim involving suffering mental or emotional harm that is causally related to their experience in the workplace. This report highlights two principles. The first emphasizes the importance ofpresenting and defending your opinions effectively, and avoiding becoming adversarial in this context. The second teaching point elaborates on the organizationaltheme by discussing the sequential communicationof forensic mental health results.
