Forensic Mental Health Assessment

Abstract
This chapter focuses on evaluations conducted in a military setting, and includes considerations relevant to the evaluation of military veterans. The first two cases are unique because they were conducted under the jurisdiction of the military court-martial system. The second report illustrates the principle of obtaining appropriate authorization, with an emphasis on considerations specific to military courts-martial.
