As described in chapter 17, this methodology and guidance was developed inter-dependently with, and as a core part of, Skywatchers, the principal program of ABD Productions. Skywatchers has been creating multidisciplinary performance work in San Francisco’s culturally vibrant but economically challenged Tenderloin neighborhood for more than ten years. [1st paragraph]
