Abstract
This chapter describes the five “Ps” of graduate enrollment management (GEM) marketing—Product, Price, Place, People, and Promotion—and how each is vitally important to the success of a GEM marketing plan. Each P is defined and discussed in relation to its significance as a component of a GEM marketing plan. The author draws on both scholarly literature and best practices in the field to describe how each P is integrated into a GEM marketing plan. Additionally, this chapter includes a discussion of areas for future research and practice.
