Abstract
I already had basic computer and Web design skills, so the design and execution of the site were not difficult. The most difficult part, particularly because I am a rank-and-filer who doesn’t work in the union office, has been
developing some systematic way of having information flow so that I can get
it in a timely enough manner to make the Web site newsworthy and relevant.
