Journal of Vocational Behavior, v 43(2), pp 133-197
1993
Abstract
This article is the 17th in a series of yearly reviews of the Vocational behavior literature. Following the new cycle begun 2 years ago by the Editor, this work has expanded the review period from 1 to 3 years and narrowed the scope of topics examined. The current review includes research related to personnel practices and issues, adjustment and organizational behavior, work place justice, and industrial/organizational measurement issues. Due to the scope of these topics, this review is representative, rather than comprehensive or exhaustive.
