Abstract
In this paper, the research on the construction of the network of normalization surveillance and monitoring.as a case of the Zhang zi island and its warters.Through same surveillance and monitoring methods such as building of the multi-function control and command center of marine monitoring system, to establish real-time monitoring buoy groups in coastal and offshore, setting surveillance and monitoring stations on underwater,and to establish information service platform of Modern Marine farm etc.It was the construction of the three-dimensional surveillance and monitoring network in all directions. Using the "Internet plus" technology, a complete surveillance and monitoring system based on data collection, analysis and application is developed.
