Adolescent Definition of "Hero" and Television Use

Abstract
"Hero," as a value-related term, invokes a variety of meanings. Here, interviews were conducted with adolescents to determine their definition of hero. The definitions were classified using a Q-sort methodology, & results were analyzed in relation to SC variables, achievement, general media use, & TV use.
