Abstract
The regional feature advantage industry development needs basic production factors: labor forces, capita, technology, etc. and the supplies of the production factors can gain from region inside or outside. The human capital's flowing has impact on other factor's distribution, so changes factor supplies of inflowing and out-flowing areas, bringing capital fluxion and technology diffuseness, and produces the income influence effect and the price conduction mechanism, at last influences the location choice of enterprise and corresponding industry distribution.
