Abstract
Social capital is different from the human capital, physical capital, a class of capital, such as capital has a unique mode of action, it reduces transaction costs of regional economic development which playing a positive role. This departure from the essence of social capital, through research, social capital and regional economic analysis, draw some valuable conclusions.
