Abstract
This paper presents a discussion of the reliability of (1) experimental analysis of reinforced concrete (r/c) frame-wall structures via testing of medium-scaled replica models and "distorted" models and (2) analytical response prediction via commonly applied analytical modeling schemes. An assessment was made of the applicability of theories of model similitude and of linear structural analysis whthin the uncracked serviceability limit state of an r/c frame-wall structure.
