Abstract
A new OPLLPIC with record-breaking bandwidth and phase demodulation linearity is presented. The PIC helped a phase modulated (PM) RF/photonic link to achieve 130 dB.Hz(2/3) SFDR and 1GHz IBW. The SFDR is limited by the ASE noise of an external EDFA.
