Abstract
Many students transfer into BSIT degree programs either from community colleges or from other 4-year institutions. These students have more varied academic background and work experience and this creates different considerations for their academic programs. This panel will address issues and challenges related to ensuring success of transfer students in undergraduate Information Technology programs.
