Abstract
We propose to design a non-invasive diagnostic method for the early detection of SCC and BCC using a hyperspectral imaging device that will detect fluorescence. The technique used to deliver the fluorescent tag will be in the form of a topical formulation consisting of a Syk-specific peptide conjugated to a fluorescent dye encapsulated in liposomes.
