Study on reverse knowledge transfer strategy for overseas subsidiaries of large-scale manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang

Abstract
Knowledge has already become a significant approach for the enterprise to achieve competitive advantages in its transferring and sharing among enterprises. Based on the knowledge feedback of the overseas subsidiaries in the multinational corporations, attention has been paid to the process and influencing factors of reverse knowledge transfer; and on this basis, suggestions for the strategy of improving the knowledge transfer efficiency have been proposed pointedly. Finally, the overseas subsidiary of Zhejiang Wanxiang Group has been selected for further analysis of the knowledge transfer mechanism and strategy and some inspirations have been drawn.
