The paper, on the research-basis of the existing organizational innovation motivation literature, according to the OIMS questionnaires, through factor analysis and other empirical approach, based on the check analysis of data reliability and validity to identify the motivation that affects the corporation organizational innovation, demonstrating the recognition model of corporation organizational innovation motivated, locating the internal motivations that affects the corporation organizational innovation in the adjustment of corporation strategy, the organizational scale development and the change of corporate culture, locating the outer motivations that affects the corporation organizational innovation in the technology push, market demand and government regulation. Second, analysing the relationship between organizational innovation inner and outer motivations, studying the coupling of organizational innovation motivation to the organizational innovation in mechanism.
