Abstract
Table 3 Amino acid motifs of homospermidine synthase-like genes (Livshultz et al., 2018a) from Apocynaceae species tested for PAs. The VXXXD motif is associated with evolution of a functional HSS in comparative analyses of PA-producing angiosperms.
