Abstract
We live in this digital age surrounding by ever growing volumes of data. The past decade has witnessed the rapid growth of digital media. Thus, there are valuable, vast and unstructured information about public opinions online. This type of contents is ever more recognized as a source of data that has added value for multiple application domains, such as, education, entertainment, shopping, etc.
