Abstract
When teams work across geographies, they encounter business styles that are culturally different from their own. Being able to develop a strong working relationship with other teams around the globe is essential for success in today's global workplace. Teams who are culturally intelligent feel comfortable when working in cross-cultural situations because they are able to recognize differences, adapt and craft responses based upon verbal and non-verbal cues.
