Compliance Organizational change Medical instruments and apparatus Quality control Research quotient Regulation
Compliance with FDA regulations is required in the medical device industry, as is the need to innovate radically and incrementally in product development, operations, and across business systems. These competing priorities create managerial paradoxes that the extant literature has not yet addressed. This research looks at the relationships between compliance, innovation capacity and product field quality, using publicly available FDA data and the Research QuotientTM.
