In this month's edition, Advice Guy hosts a special guest, Drexel University culinary arts and science student Kayla McCloud, who's also an intern at Union Square Hospitality Group, for a conversation about the recent (and sadly, not surprising) reports that Noma's kitchen was a dysfunctional nightmare. "As the next generation of this industry, we need to stop confusing what was normal with what is acceptable."
