This thesis proposes, and contributes to the creation of, a central, easily accessible, and up-to-date resource about reciprocal membership programs in order to streamline museums' access to the accurate information needed to effectively promote and implement them. If used, the resource will help museums solve and move past minor reoccurring communication issues and move toward using reciprocal membership programs in more strategic ways-benefiting the museums that participate in reciprocal membership programs, the individuals who run them, and the members who use them.
