Abstract
This study's purpose is to research and gather data on Hollywood's EEO and Classification and Compensation issues among all industry sectors, especially the writer sector. The data discussed comes from various sources such as case studies, journal articles, magazine articles, interviews, etc. The data gathered was produced by the author via a Qualtrics survey that was distributed among willing participants. This study will discuss Hollywood's diversity history, efforts, and issues across all sectors of the media field; and how these factors affect American society. It also produces suggestions for future studies on the topic and viable solutions for the issue.
