Abstract
NaturePHL, with the unique component of a Community Health Worker acting as a navigator for families once they receive the prescription throughout the length of their program. This novel component of the program has the potential to provide added value and improved health outcomes. To show the added value and improved health outcomes from this component effective means of evaluating that role is necessary and the main reason for producing this research paper.
