Abstract
To ensure future major giving it is necessary to provide the major gift donor a first-class organizational experience. This experience has a great deal of influence on the donor's perception of the organization. High impact giving occurs when a good quality relationship is built between the organization's staff and the donor. The organization must respond to the donor's expectations and communicate the organization's expectations appropriately.
