This in-depth case study of KultureCity explores the impact of a "sensory inclusive" training program for organizations to train their staff, in creating a "sensory inclusive" environment, and how "sensory inclusivity" can be expanded even more in the future. KultureCity provides organizations the tools and resources to create a "sensory inclusive" environment through a one-on-one partnership. A review of the literature on the difference between sensory friendly and "sensory inclusive" along with arts impact on autism provides context for the importance of the work of "sensory inclusivity" that KultureCity is partnering with organizations to accomplish. Through interviews with organizations that have partnered with KultureCity and an analysis of their work a full picture of the impact of becoming a "sensory inclusive" venue is illustrated. This study serves as an example of "sensory inclusion" on why organizations should create "sensory inclusive" environments.
