Abstract
This culminating project is a continuation of the development of a workshop intended to deepen spirituality through embodiment, in the context of praise and worship. The literature review explores Filipinos and spirituality, Theology of the Body (TOB) teachings of the Catholic Church by St. John Paul II, existing spiritual embodied practices, and applicable dance/movement therapy (DMT) techniques. The framework of the executed workshop is presented, along with a description of the developmental process, relevant clinical applications, and the personal impact after engaging in the embodied spiritual practices.
