Abstract
Tipula (Odonatisca)gouldeni new species is described and illustrated from adult specimens collected in the Lake Hovsgol area in northcentral Mongolia. This new species is most similar to T. (O.) nodicornis Meigen (northern Palearctic), based on antennal, male and female genitalic structures, but differs in several features including wing color and morphology of the male inner gonostyle.
