Abstract
On initial evaluation had a chest X-Ray which showed a perihilar nodule measuring 2.4cm on the right hemi thorax and a nodular opacity in the medial retro cardiac left lower lobe measuring 1.4cm. Biopsies of the colon were taken and showed colonic mucosa with architecture distortion, increased lymphocytes and plasma cells, acute cryptitis and crypt abscesses negative for dysplasia.
