Abstract
We have calculated the 0
+
1, 0
+
2, 0
+
3, 2
+
1 and 2
+
2 states of a system of four structureless α-particles interacting pairwise via the Ali-Bodmer and Coulomb forces. By a detailed analysis of the correlated densities, we determined the geometric structures and the types of internal motion of the above-mentioned states.
