Abstract
A study was designed to determine the frequency of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) in pediatric systemic lupus erythromatosus (SLE) and the temporally associated clinical manifestations. According to the results, 65% of 29 consecutive pediatric patients with SLE had evidence of aPL.
