TURBULENT FLOW CORRELATION FUNCTIONS ISOTROPY NAVIER−STOKES EQUATION INCOMPRESSIBLE FLOW FUNCTIONALS FOURIER TRANSFORMATION Fluid Mechanics
The Fourier interference inequality on the Hopf characteristic functional, ‖F[y,t]‖<1 for ‖curl y‖≠0, is shown to imply that f(r,t)∝ (a positive function of t) r −3 as r→∞.
