Abstract

Deep Learning Computational Biology Machine Learning
Recent advances in molecular biology and medical sciences have led to the accumulation of massive amounts of biomedical data. Due to its inherent complexity and the lack of a general theory at both molecular and physiological levels, mining such volume of data to extract relevant knowledge requires careful model design considerations and various Deep Learning models hold great promise in this endeavour.
