Abstract

Antibodies Atrium Cardiac arrhythmia Electrocardiography Fetuses Immunoglobulins Sinuses
Of the 9 cases, 5 fetuses had sinus bradycardia, one with normal sinus rhythm, and 3 with complete atrioventricular block. [...]prospective study is warranted to determine if this fetal echovcardiography feature can be used as a screening tool for diagnosis and prognosis of positive maternal SSA/SSB antibodies.
