Abstract
One of the struggles for our mental health field is translating "empirical" evidence into something that is practical "clinically." The article by Baribeau et al.
published in this issue provides us with an occasion to consider this challenge. We can use this study as an example of how the epidemiologist and the clinician must work together in hypothesis generation and hypothesis testing.
