Abstract
Donnelly shares his simple experience of serving dinner to the consumers of an organization--that serves the needs of indigent persons expriencing mental illness and mental retardation--which changed the way he view and live "Thanksgiving". His job was to scoop the stuffing, potatoes, and gravy on to plates as folks went through the cafeteria line.
