High temperature superconducting powders: Absence of long time relaxation of magnetization, equation of state for thermoremanent magnetic moment
Physica. C, Superconductivity, v 169(3), pp 257-264
1990
Abstract
The results of low field DC magnetization measurements on a 10 μm dia HTSC powder of composition Y
1Ba
2Cu
3O
7 and a 2 μm sized aligned powder of the same composition are reported. In contrast to other reports, no evidence of strong long time magnetic relaxation is found. In addition, an equation of state for the thermoremanent magnetization is proposed.
