Abstract
Computers and the Internet are rapidly becoming a part of everyone's daily life. However, the increasing use of computer technology by children is not without risk to children and families alike. McColgan and Giardino explore the effects of the Internet on children and the potentially harmful risks children may take when they "surf the web."
